The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong production and technical grounding, capable of managing plant performance across cost, efficiency, manpower, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and EHS.
  • Drive core performance KPIs: cost/ton, headcount productivity, consumption, OEE, yield, downtime.
  • Ensure stable, safe, and compliant plant operations in line with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Oversee technical and production functions including process optimization, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement.
  • Implement cost control, budgeting discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and develop strong cross‑functional teams, driving a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10–15+ years in chemical/process manufacturing with at least 5 years in senior plant leadership.
  • Strong production and technical background, with proven experience running full plant operations.
  • Demonstrated capability in cost management, headcount planning, consumption analysis, and efficiency improvement.
  • Deep understanding of EHS, compliance, quality systems, and process safety.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
