Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, NPI coordination, or cost estimation within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven experience managing APQP/NPI processes, RFQs, and cross‑functional project teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of customer‑focused projects.
• Oversee timely submission of NPI, ECN, and PPAP samples.
• Provide direction to project management and costing teams.
• Ensure compliance with APQP and internal process standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status.
