Global Dredging Training Specialist
Job summary
A leading shipbuilding company is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to develop and provide training for customers worldwide. This role involves creating technical training courses while allowing for global travel. Candidates should have extensive dredging experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to share knowledge. Proficiency in English is required; Dutch is advantageous. Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a chief engineer on board various dredgers worldwide.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable with frequent travel.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and provide operational and technical training.
- Conduct classroom, digital, and simulator training courses.
- Provide demonstrations for customers.
- Be involved in annual intensive training programs.
