Job summary
A leading aerospace company located in Shah Alam is hiring a Degree-qualified Data Analyst. This contract-based role focuses on supporting critical data migration and integration efforts during a major system upgrade. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SQL databases, data mapping, and vendor coordination, especially within manufacturing environments. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

- Experience in manufacturing-related data migration is a strong advantage.

- Work on internal system upgrade initiatives.

Education
SMEAerospace is undergoing a major internal system upgrade, and we're hiring a Degree-qualified Data Analyst to support critical data migration and integration efforts. This is a contract-based role ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in SQL databases, data mapping, and vendor coordination, especially those who have worked in manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data migration or system integration in a business setting.
- Experience in manufacturing-related data migration is a strong advantage.
- Strong foundation in SQL, especially JOINs, relational database design, normalization, and indexing.
- Ability to read and create Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
- Experience with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) and data reconciliation.
