Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in technology solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred.
• Exposure to Mandarin-speaking clients or markets highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through outbound channels.
• Conduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate to convert prospects into active clients.
• Research potential business opportunities.
• Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation KPIs.
