An eCommerce company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with personal and business tasks. This role emphasizes the ability to anticipate needs, manage time-sensitive matters, and ensure effective communication. Ideal candidates should possess proven experience, be organized, and have strong cultural awareness to facilitate both personal and business administrative tasks effectively. Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of Islamic practices and Western culture is essential.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate the CEO's needs by identifying and resolving issues before they arise.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's emails and oversee calendar scheduling.
- Book and manage all travel arrangements.
