We’re excited to invite a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Assistant to join our team in a permanent role. You will play a key part in our daily billing operations—ensuring timely and accurate billing, supporting cross-functional teams, and providing professional assistance to our customers.
Adhere to billing processes and assist in daily billing operations
Ensure timely and accurate customer billing to customers
Liaise with cross functional teams (i.e. Sales, Accounts and Technical) to ensure that billings are done correctly
Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of sales offer and pricing for each client
Attend to billing enquiries from customers (i.e. emails, calls, messaging apps etc)
Support and resolve billing related matters and disputes
Dealing with forwarder for export sales
Ensure documents are filed promptly and accurately
Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department’s needs
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
