We are seeking a Parts and Warranty Assistant to manage warranty claims, parts inventory and ensure compliance with EV standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to interact with suppliers and internal teams.

Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims to manufacturers or distributors.
Ensure timely resolution of claims, including follow-up on unpaid claims.
Maintain accurate records of processed, filed, and completed warranty claims.
Monitor and manage parts inventory levels, including load and unload parts for shipment or delivery, tracking stock value and aging inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers for parts ordering and ensure timely delivery.
Assist in managing defective parts returns and warranty claims.
Provide administrative support for workshop operations, including preparing technical reports and ordering parts.
Assist in maintaining service records and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Stay updated on factory recalls, bulletins, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warranty claims and parts inventory.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or vocational training in automotive technology is highly desirable.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive warranty administration or parts management.
Familiarity with automotive parts and technical knowledge is advantageous.
Possess computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Basic proficiency in reading and writing in English and Malay.
