We are seeking a highly driven Product Experience Specialist to serve as the key point of expertise for our product portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive product knowledge, enhancing customer understanding, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end product experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the key product specialist, maintaining a deep and up-to-date understanding of all product features, specifications, technologies, and updates.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product briefings, presentations, and technical training to internal teams, retail staff, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead the collection, consolidation, and analysis of product performance insights, including customer feedback, market reactions, and competitor benchmarks, to support continuous product optimisation.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all product-related materials, including training decks, product guides, feature sheets, and retail communication collateral.
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and category developments, producing timely reports and recommendations to guide commercial and product strategies.
- Serve as the escalation point for product-related operational issues, coordinating with technical, after‑sales, and quality teams to ensure prompt resolution and improved customer experience.
- Support field activities, including retail visits, live demonstrations, and audit checks, to ensure consistent product representation and adherence to brand standards.
- Contribute to the development of product training frameworks, assessments, and certification mechanisms to elevate product competency across the organisation and partners.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in product management, training, retail operations, or technology‑related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to interpret technical information and convey it clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Highly analytical, organised, and proactive in problem‑solving.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital tools; tech‑savvy mindset is essential.
