Admin & Accounts Clerk — Drive Efficient Operations
Job summary
A leading packaging manufacturer located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is looking for an Admin & Account Clerk. In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include assisting with HR inquiries, maintaining stock records, and helping with project-related tasks. Candidates should have computer skills, especially in MS Office and Excel, and the knowledge of SQL Accounting System is a plus. Join us and contribute to our dynamic team!
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting System is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, especially MS Office & Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate well in a professional manner.
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative and accounting activities.
- Provide support for project-related activities as required.
- Handle and support internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Perform daily updates of local sales inventory into the system.
- Regularly check and reconcile physical stock cards for accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for records.
- Carry out additional duties assigned as needed.
