In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative and accounting support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include assisting with HR inquiries, maintaining stock records, and helping with project-related tasks. Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and accounting activities.
  • Provide support for project-related activities as required.
  • Handle and support internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Perform daily updates of local sales inventory into the system.
  • Regularly check and reconcile physical stock cards for accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for records.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned as needed.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin & Account Clerk to join our team at TEKA PLASTIC PACKAGING SDN. BHD. This full-time role is based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As an Admin & Account Clerk, you will be an essential member of our Administration & Office Support team, responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

We are a manufacturer of Disposable Food Containers, committed to high quality and safety standards. Our operations comply with Food Safety Standards and ISO 9001 requirements for all manufacturing products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily administrative and accounting activities.
  • Provide support for project-related activities as required.
  • Handle and support internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Perform daily updates of local sales inventory into the system.
  • Regularly check and reconcile physical stock cards to ensure stock tally and system balance accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for admin and account records.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting System is an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
