The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role that focuses on driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the industrial gas sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the industrial gas market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential key clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts and tenders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with our operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Represent AIRGAS TECHNOLOGY at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Who We Are Looking For

• A candidate residing in the Masai, Johor area or nearby, familiar with the local industrial landscape.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial gas, welding supplies, industrial chemicals, or related B2B industrial sectors.
• A strong network of contacts within the local manufacturing, oil & gas, or engineering industries is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individual.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel for client meetings.
