Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with customers to negotiate and secure payment arrangements.
  • Review cases and take appropriate collection actions such as legal proceedings, restructures, or settlements.
  • Collaborate with product teams and business units to align collection efforts across the bank.
  • Meet individual KPIs and team productivity standards.
  • Support and participate in additional tasks or projects assigned by the reporting manager.
