Role Description

A Store Operator is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves coordinating with other departments to support production needs, keeping the store organized, and complying with safety and company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Comply with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
  • Use PPE provided by the company at all times.
  • Maintain proper 5S housekeeping standards in store and warehouse areas.
  • Ensure accurate and proper storage of materials, finished goods, and other items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions and records.
  • Verify incoming deliveries by matching PO with vendor packing list.
  • Monitor, control, and distribute inventory efficiently.
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed for all finished goods.
  • Provide materials to departments based on approved documents.
  • Ensure all goods from suppliers come with correct COA (Certificate of Analysis).
  • Verify correct product, batch number, and quantity before container loading.
  • Ensure all items are properly arranged and stored in the warehouse.
  • Assist with emergency deliveries when needed.
  • Be accountable and responsible for all assigned duties.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by manager or management.
