A leading company in sales is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Responsibilities include explaining products and assisting customers with orders. Adaptability and strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential. This role offers the flexibility of working from home after a month of training in Kota Damansara. A competitive salary complemented by commissions is provided.

- Assist customers in placing orders.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.

- Use negotiation skills to resolve issues.
Conocimientos
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experience in sales, call center, retail, or insurance is encouraged.
Customer‑oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
Highly adaptable to a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Able to work during weekends and holidays (will be able to work from home).
Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written).
- Explain company products to clients.
- Assist customers in placing orders.
- Learn about products and services and describe them clearly to customers.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Remain cool‑tempered and handle rejection professionally.
- Use outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
100% work from home (1 month training at Kota Damansara Office required).
Competitive basic salary with high commission.
