About Us

We are a premium luxury homestay bungalow located in the Klang Valley, offering an exclusive experience for discerning travelers.

Job Title

Online Executive – responsible for online operations and customer communication for the homestay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, OTA platforms, and other online channels.
  • Assist guests with bookings, check‑ins, and general inquiries to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain our excellence reputation.
  • Organize and manage online tasks related to daily operations of the luxury homestay.
  • Coordinate with other teams to keep the property in pristine condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details for smooth operations.
  • Update and optimize homestay listings on premium booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) to reflect the luxury exclusivity.
  • Monitor online platforms for new booking requests, reviews, and guest interactions.
  • Provide regular updates to management on customer inquiries, operational needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.
  • Minimum Diploma; fresh graduates encouraged.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or online operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and positively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Available to work public holidays; competent in shift work.
Working Conditions

Location: Setia Alam Office & Partially Work From Home

Hours: 9:00am‑6:00pm & 3:00pm‑12:00am (Shift allowance applies; work from home after 6pm)

Shift: Yes

Rest Time: 1 Hour a day

Off Days: Off day on weekday; 1 off day per week + extra 1 alternate off day every 2 weeks
