A luxury homestay company in Klang City is seeking an Online Executive to manage online operations and customer communications for an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities include aiding guest bookings and inquiries, managing guest feedback, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers a blend of office and remote work, flexible scheduling, and various benefits including annual leave and bonuses.

Online Executive – responsible for online operations and customer communication for the homestay.
Location: Setia Alam Office & Partially Work From Home
Hours: 9:00am‑6:00pm & 3:00pm‑12:00am (Shift allowance applies; work from home after 6pm)
Shift: Yes
Rest Time: 1 Hour a day
Off Days: Off day on weekday; 1 off day per week + extra 1 alternate off day every 2 weeks
