Job Summary

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive beyond the typical office desk. You’ll engage in dynamic brainstorming sessions with a highly functional team, represent Neptrix to our customers, walk through factory floors and exhibition halls, and identify opportunities to enhance manufacturing efficiency using our Smart Factory solutions. It’s a role that combines technical curiosity, real‑world exploration, and customer interaction. To succeed, you’ll need strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What Will You Do?

• Directly report to the Sales Manager, with occasional participation in DevOps discussions.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and securing new key accounts.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers, both on‑site and online, handling project‑related communication.
• Understand customers’ business models and translate their needs into technical requirements for the development and operations teams.
• Provide timely support and solutions to resolve customer issues.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of IT systems, web portal software, or manufacturing‑related solutions.
• Prior experience in ERP / MES / IoT / System Integration is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills

• Independent, responsible, and demonstrates strong ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, especially when dealing with customer needs.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to meet customers across Malaysia.
• Occasional overseas travel required.
• Possession of own transport and a valid driving license.
