About the role

As a Senior Executive, Project Audit (Technical), you will play a vital role in supporting project execution by identifying architectural discrepancies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing constructability and detailing. Key duties include conducting monthly site audits, managing BIM setup and operations, coordinating training programs, and participating in project meetings. You will also handle documentation such as meeting minutes and assist with ad hoc tasks and special assignments as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to identify architectural drawing discrepancies, authority compliance, constructability, practicality, and detailing.
• Organize and carry out project audit activities including monthly site technical audits and report preparation.
• Handle BIM setup, monitor, and follow up on BIM operations for the project and consultant team.
• Assist in training program planning and implementation.
• Attend all related meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the related field; experience in property development industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in speaking & writing skills: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
