Job summary

A fast-growing home furnishing SME is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing in driving campaigns, managing digital platforms, and enhancing brand presence. Candidates should have at least 3 years of marketing experience, hands-on skills in digital advertising, and strong reporting abilities. This full-time role offers remote work, with some travel required for orientation. Knowledge of tools like WordPress and CRM systems is a plus, along with proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Marketing Executive

(3+ Years of Marketing Experience)

Location: Malaysia, JB.

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month.

Job Type: Full‑time, remote work from Malaysia.

Will require you to travel down to SG office for orientation and job training. Work meetings will be done through virtual meetings, Google Meet.

Secret Furnishing is one of Singapore’s fastest‑growing home furnishing SMEs, specialising in curtains, blinds, and customised window treatments. With multiple showrooms across Singapore.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Executive who is hands‑on, creative, and results‑driven. You will support the Head of Marketing in driving campaigns, managing digital platforms, and contributing to our brand’s growth. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience who enjoys working across different aspects of marketing in a fast‑paced SME environment.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Advertising
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads (SEM), and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
  • A/B Creative testing, audience targeting.
Content & Creative
  • Produce engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, visuals, and short videos.
  • Assist with basic graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Capcut).
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Website & SEO
  • Manage and update the company website using WordPress + Elementor.
  • Improve site performance with on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
  • Optimise landing pages for conversions.
CRM & Customer Journey
  • Manage CRM records and campaign data.
  • Support customer lifecycle planning, automation and lead follow‑ups.
Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in planning promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to guide marketing strategy.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance customer engagement.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track KPIs across digital platforms, website, and CRM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Ad‑hoc Marketing Support
  • Assist with showroom marketing, events or offline campaigns (flyers, partnerships, sponsorships).
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners and media when required.
  • Support cross‑departmental projects — a key part of SME teamwork.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (experience in home furnishing/retail/interior design industry is a plus).
  • Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (SEM).
  • Familiar with WordPress + Elementor.
  • Basic skills in graphic design & video editing.
  • Working knowledge of SEO (basic + technical).
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and customer journey planning.
  • Analytical and data‑driven with strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and willing to go beyond a fixed scope in an SME environment.
