Job Overview

No need to report to office – work from home and primarily a lot of moving around duties. 6 days work week officially but if all tasks can be completed by Friday then there won’t be a need to work on Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Meet patients at clinics to guide with consultation – travelling within KL is required.
• Assist with collecting bills from clinics and physio centres.
• Ensure insurance claim forms are filled in by doctors and physios.
• Submission of insurance forms to agents or insurance company HQs – travelling within KL is required.
• Coordinating with admin and finance team to ensure full workflow is complete.
• Assisting director with appointments in clinics and with sales team.

Requirements

• No need to report to office – work from home and primarily a lot of moving around duties.
• First 6 months probation period, after confirmation 7 days annual leave and 7 days medical leave with 1 day up every year.
• Need to have own laptop and car.

Compensation & Benefits

• 3,000RM monthly salary – salary increment will be discussed every 6 months based on number of duties taken up under management.
• Company will provide sim card and all telco charges will be borne by company.
• Travel allowance in the form of petrol charges will be borne by company.
