Responsibilities

- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

- Manage phone calls, reservations, and inquiries (walk-in, email, phone, online platforms)
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area
- Assist with concierge services (restaurant reservations, transportation, tourist information, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures
