Executive – Helpdesk & Publication Operation Unit

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedExecutiveto join ourHelpdesk & Publication Operation Unitunder theMembership Department. This role plays an important part in supporting the administrative and operational functions, including stock management, invoicing, and member support services. The ideal candidate will also assist in other membership activities and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage publication stock, sales records, invoicing, and inventory control.
  • Handle Budget Booklet order processes and coordinate their distribution.
  • Attend to general enquiries received via MMIS and ensure timely responses.
  • Support the membership team in application processing and annual subscriptions collection.
  • Assist in MIA surveys, Resource Centre operations (book cataloguing, shelving, and loans), and book loan administration.
  • Manage job postings on the AccountingJobs portal.
  • Provide excellent service to members and stakeholders, especially at the front desk.
  • Support departmental administrative tasks and special initiatives, including but not limited to membership awareness and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
