Shift & Work Schedule

Work Venue: Sunway Pyramid or Sunway 163 Mont Kiara.

Shift A: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Shift B: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

5 days work with 2 weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the branch (pool area, changing rooms, reception).
• Support front‑desk operations (attendance tracking, admin tasks, etc.).
• Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines.
• Report and escalate any issues or emergencies to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure a clean, cheerful, and well‑organised learning environment.
