Veedu Hauz Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive (OTA / Room Sales) to manage and optimise room sales across Online Travel Agencies (OTA) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and similar platforms.

This role focuses on maximising occupancy, revenue, and average daily rate (ADR) through effective pricing strategies, promotions, and OTA content management. Chinese-speaking ability is required due to frequent communication with Chinese-speaking guests and platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise room listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
  • Monitor daily room inventory, availability, and pricing
  • Implement pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Set up promotions, deals, and campaigns on OTA platforms
  • Analyse booking trends, demand, and competitor pricing
  • Respond to OTA enquiries and messages (Chinese / English)
  • Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and operations teams to ensure availability accuracy
  • Monitor guest reviews and ratings; work with operations team to improve performance
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & occupancy reports
What we’re looking for

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in OTA management, hotel reservations, revenue, or room sales is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue optimisation
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and online systems
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
