A healthcare facility in Selangor is looking for a dedicated receptionist to greet and assist patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and prior experience in healthcare administration. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, making it ideal for candidates with prior healthcare experience. A diploma in healthcare is preferred.
Greet and welcome patients and visitors and direct them to right destination.
Respond to enquiries via phone and in person to provide accurate information to support customers’ needs.
Schedule, manage patient appointments and update clinicians regularly.
Register patients, process billing, and maintain accurate records.
Organize and file clinical and departmental documents.
Monitor inventory and order clinical and office supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception and waiting area.
Support the coordination and implementation of departmental events, programs, and projects.
Diploma in Healthcare is an added advantage.
Previous experience in healthcare administration or front desk roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
