Position: Branch Crew Member

Happy Fish Swim School is looking for a friendly, responsible, and family‑friendly person to join our team as a Branch Crew Member and help create a welcoming and safe space for our little swimmers and their families!

Sunway 163 Mont Kiara, KL

Requirements

• Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum Certificate / Diploma or above.
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
• Friendly and helpful personality – love meeting people.
• Tidy and meticulous.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Available to work shift (Shift A – 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM) or (Shift B – 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM).
• 5 days work, 2 days off on weekday.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the branch (pool area, changing rooms, reception).
• Support front desk operations (attendance tracking, admin tasks, etc.).
• Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines.
• Report and escalates issues or emergencies to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure a clean, cheerful, and well‑organized learning environment.
