Job description

Dr Wee Clinic is looking for a passionate Aesthetic Doctor to join our Johor Bahru team. You will provide safe, ethical, and results-driven aesthetic consultations and treatments while delivering an excellent patient experience. This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys aesthetic medicine, values continuous learning, and wants to grow with a supportive multi-branch healthcare group.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Consultation

• Conduct professional consultations, skin analysis, and treatment planning
• Explain indications, risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare clearly
• Ensure high patient satisfaction with strong bedside manner and follow-up

Aesthetic Procedures (based on competency/training)

• Perform and/or assist with injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers)
• Skin and rejuvenation procedures (e.g., lasers/energy-based devices, acne & pigmentation protocols)
• Medical aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, skin boosters, PRP (if applicable)
• Recommend suitable skincare and maintenance programs

Clinical Governance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate medical records, consent forms, and clinical documentation
• Follow clinical SOPs, safety standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in clinical training, case discussions, and continuous improvement

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with therapists, nurses, and front desk team to ensure smooth patient journeys
• Support clinic campaigns by providing treatment guidance, content input, or live consultation support when needed (optional)

Requirements

• Medical Degree recognised in Malaysia
• Valid MMC registration and current APC
• Interest in aesthetic medicine with a patient-first mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ethical, responsible, and committed to quality & safety
• Prior aesthetic experience is an advantage (but training can be provided for suitable candidates)

Added advantage:

• Experience with injectables, lasers/energy devices, and aesthetic consultation sales
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinic environment
