Job summary

A leading agricultural company in Selangor is seeking a Marketing Executive to manage sales and distribution of fresh and processed agri-products. Responsibilities include coordinating product launches, monitoring market trends, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, along with strong communication and analytical skills. A proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fresh and grocery market or sales/marketing of processed food or FMCG products.
  • Good understanding of fresh product handling, grading and cold chain management.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and distribution of fresh and processed agri-products.
  • Support product launches and trade promotions.
  • Monitor product performance and competitor activities.
