Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500
Car Park Subsidy: RM200/month
Mileage Claim: RM0.80/km (when travelling is required)
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities for MIM Training Programmes (In-House / Public). Understand client training needs and propose suitable solutions, including customized programs. Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals to decision-makers. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic client acquisition and pipeline development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Proactively source leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, events, and digital platforms. Represent MIM at industry events, seminars, and conferences to promote training programs. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue forecasts using CRM (Pipedrive). Prepare weekly activity reports and update sales funnel progress. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Other Duties: Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, membership, or professional services.
- Proven consultative selling skills and ability to craft tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with HRDF-claimable programs or L&D frameworks in Malaysia.
- Strong networking ability within corporate L&D, HR, or training departments.
- Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience in membership-based or professional development organizations is an advantage.
