Job summary
A local engineering firm based in Perlis is seeking an Executive, Technical for a 1-year contract. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for various teams, ensuring effective project communication and coordination. The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This role involves monitoring project progress and handling official correspondence.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or project management role.
- Focus on communication, coordination, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for project-related communication.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups to resolve issues.
- Prepare and manage official correspondence.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Position: Executive, Technical – Contract 1 Year
- Act as the primary point of contact between different teams (internal and external) for project-related communication and technical issues in a clear & professional manner.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, resolve issues to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Prepare, edit, manage official letters and other formal correspondence related to ongoing projects.
- Monitor the progress of projects and prepare a regular progress report to ensure they are on schedule and to track milestones, deliveries within scope.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Civil, Engineering, Communication, Project Management or in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical or project management role, with a focus on communication, coordination, and documentation
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
