Responsibilities

Quotation Review & Cost Verification

• Review quotations and verify BOM accuracy and cost structure validity.
• Analyze cost elements such as materials, labour, overhead, logistics, and administrative expenses to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Participate in new product/project quotation evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.

Costing & Variance Analysis

• Review standard and actual cost reports to ensure costing accuracy.
• Analyze cost fluctuations and material price variance; identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Support cost analysis model development to assist management decision-making.

Financial & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure costing activities comply with accounting principles and relevant regulations.
• Review costing and quotation documents for financial logic and compliance.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required data.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze cost and quotation trends.
• Prepare quotation review summaries, cost analysis reports, and variance reports for management review.
• Maintain high data awareness and report abnormalities promptly.

System Operation & Process Optimization

• Proficient in ERP systems and office software for costing data review.
• Optimize costing and quotation review workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain costing and quotation databases to ensure information accuracy and traceability.
