Job description

• Source and secure new tenants to fill vacant lots.
• Handle enquiries, site tours, negotiations, and tenancy proposals.
• Manage lease renewals, expiries, and rental rates.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and ensure smooth handover/commencement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor malls.

Marketing

• Plan and execute mall promotions, festive events, and campaigns.
• Manage social media, advertising, and branding activities.
• Support tenants with marketing collaborations and store opening promotions.
• Track and report campaign performance, footfall, and sales data.

Coordination & Admin

• Work with operations, finance, and fit-out teams on tenant matters.
• Prepare leasing and marketing reports for management.
• Ensure accurate documentation for leases and marketing files.
