As a Senior Marketing Executive at Myra, your primary objective is to develop and implement advanced marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. You will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing the company's online presence. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive substantial customer engagement.

• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to showcase our properties and projects.
• Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Content Leadership: Lead the creation and management of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, ensuring brand consistency.
• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, such as property showcases and open houses, to effectively promote our properties.
• Partner Relationships: Establish and manage strong relationships with external marketing partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's online presence.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales and project management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and results.

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
• Masterful problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Knowledge of marketing regulations and standards.
• Must have own transport and be able to travel.
