As a Senior Marketing Executive at Myra, your primary objective is to develop and implement advanced marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. You will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing the company's online presence. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive substantial customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to showcase our properties and projects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Leadership: Lead the creation and management of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, such as property showcases and open houses, to effectively promote our properties.
- Partner Relationships: Establish and manage strong relationships with external marketing partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the development and management of the company's online presence.

Job Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
