As a Regional sales manager - Adult Vaccines the purpose of the role is to drive business impact and vaccine access through full accountability for key accounts and stakeholder engagement of CVMD HCPs (Cardio, Endo, Nephro). The role serves as the orchestrator of cross‑functional collaboration with full accountability for ensuring availability, endorsement, recommendation and sale of Adult Vx in the allocated accounts.
Have strong mastery of disease, product, and market dynamics and has prior experience interaction with CVMD specialists, demonstrating success with Cardio metabolic products furthermore this role proactively identifies opportunities, delivers insights, and executes targeted omni‑channel engagement to maximize reach and effectiveness. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, applies Value based selling/ IMPACT Selling and GDM selling excellence to enhance value delivery.
A strong background and proven experience in engaging Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease (CVMD) specialists is essential to expand adult vaccination opportunities within this critical healthcare segment.
