In this job you will:
- Serve as a technical lead during project implementations, working closely with experienced team members.
- Manage technical aspects of solution delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, including customer testing phases (UAT, SAT, OAT).
- Document customer requirements and create test plans.
- Conduct unit and package tests to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and customer service.
- Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
About the ideal candidate:
- Experience with either Airport Management Systems or Passenger Processing Systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant practical experience.
- Understanding of network concepts (e.g., GWAN, LAN, DHCP) or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with software development principles, Windows OS, and client/server architecture.
- Knowledge of version control systems and hardware/electrical components.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Flexibility for occasional travel; accommodations available as needed.
