Job Description & Requirements

Main Tasks and targets

• Quality Buyoff: Perform in process, outgoing and visual inspections of assemblies and finished goods products to required specifications.
• Process Audit: Conduct periodic audits to verify correct & consistent operations.
• Support production non-compliance process and material review board activities.

Tasks/Responsibility

• Conduct in process, outgoing inspection & periodic audit.
• Complete inspection report.
• Do transaction in SAP system.
• Monitor SPC data and OCAP.
• Support in process NCR report for quality engineer on further handling.
• Support to collect FAI qualification report
• Other assigned tasks from Process Quality Engineer.

Working experience/technical skills/know how

• More than 3 years experiences in inspection.
• 5 years experiences working in mechanical and electronic industry.
• Ability to understand parts drawing.
• Teamwork approach to work.
• Initiative, willingness to take more responsibilities.
