We are the first lithium battery separator factory in the ASEAN region, situated at Penang Technology Park@Bertam. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry‑level engineer to join our dynamic team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve training plans, materials, and operation manuals related to production.
• Be responsible for onboarding training for new employees, including production processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Organize skill enhancement training to ensure employees can meet job requirements.
• Evaluate the skill levels of production employees and create personalized improvement plans.
• Regularly organize exams or assessments to evaluate the results of the training.
• Adjust training plans based on employee performance and feedback to ensure they can quickly adapt and improve production efficiency.
• Go into the workshop to assist employees in solving technical problems during the production process.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize operational processes and improve production efficiency.
• Promote safety operation procedures in production to reduce safety hazards.
• Ensure employees operate according to standards to improve product quality stability.
• May be required to attend short‑term technical training overseas to learn production processes and standards, depending on business needs.

EXPERIENCE

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role are welcome to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemistry and Polymer Materials Science Engineering, Quality Management, or related field)
• Must be willing to travel and possess own transport
• Good communication (both oral and written) in Mandarin will be added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
