Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior/Staff Test Engineer to contribute to the NPI process for power management ICs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and over 3 years of experience in Automated Test Systems. The engineer will work on test development, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high-quality testing standards. Additionally, experience in programming and debugging is essential for maximizing efficiency and test yield.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ATE test development for analog, digital and mixed signal.
• Hands-on experience with debugging analog products.
• Experience in collecting data on IC chips using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Test development for power management IC including ATE platform selection.
• Collaborating with teams to align test strategies.
• Analyzing ATE test results for improvement.
