We are looking for a Customer Sales Engineer to drive sales and build lasting relationships with manufacturing companies in Malaysia. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, providing product guidance while actively identifying sales opportunities. Your ability to communicate complex industrial solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way will be key to growing our business.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with manufacturing clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable industrial products.
Provide technical consultation and demonstrations, showcasing product benefits and applications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely customer support.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Deliver product training and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant Engineering field.
1-3 Years experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications is preferred.
