Job Title

Implementation Engineer - Airport Solutions

In this job you will:

• Serve as a technical lead during project implementations, working closely with experienced team members.
• Manage technical aspects of solution delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, including customer testing phases (UAT, SAT, OAT).
• Document customer requirements and create test plans.
• Conduct unit and package tests to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and customer service.
• Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

About the ideal candidate:

• Experience with either Airport Management Systems or Passenger Processing Systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant practical experience.
• Understanding of network concepts (e.g., GWAN, LAN, DHCP) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with software development principles, Windows OS, and client/server architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems and hardware/electrical components.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Flexibility for occasional travel; accommodations available as needed.
