A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Production Engineer to optimize production processes and ensure quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 1-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. The company offers a salary range of RM5k - RM10k.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in new production line setup and process optimization preferred.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Chinese is an added advantage.
Responsabilités
- Set up and optimize industrial production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health standards.
