A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Process Quality Engineer in Senai, Malaysia. The role involves developing and maintaining process control plans, leading root-cause analyses, and supporting quality standards in a high-volume automotive environment. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and preferably have experience in automotive manufacturing. This position emphasizes data-driven decision-making to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards.
Responsabilités
- Develop, implement, and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor process capability and ensure stable, repeatable production processes.
- Lead root-cause analysis.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvement.
- Support customer communication.
