Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and quality standards.
  • Monitor process capability and ensure stable, repeatable production processes.
  • Lead root-cause analysis.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvement.
  • Support containment actions and corrective measures for internal and customer quality issues.
  • Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PFMEA and othersactivities.
  • Participate in internal, customer, and third-party audits.
  • Support NPI, process changes, and engineering changes.
  • Support customer communication.
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Reduce defects, scrap rates, and customer complaints through data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards.
  • Experience with mass production and high-volume manufacturing environments.
