In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manufacturing & Process Support
- Continuously improve line setup and workflow to optimize process efficiency.
- Ensure smooth assembly operations by providing immediate technical support to the shop floor.
- Learn new products thoroughly and conduct product training for assemblers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly, testing, and product build.
- Provide engineering support for production machinery and tools.
- Documentation, Procedures & Compliance
- Develop and maintain manufacturing work procedures, including training operators and supervisors.
- Ensure all engineering support activities comply with company goals, policies, procedures, and operating practices.
- Assist in the development and execution of manufacturing documentation and procedures.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
- Work closely with Senior Manufacturing Engineers, Production Support Personnel, Operations Supervisors, Buyers, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by the Superior.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, OR Diploma with extensive manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on assembly and documentation.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Isolation Valves assembly and testing.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing and engineering documents.
- Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing setup.
