Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manufacturing & Process Support
  • Continuously improve line setup and workflow to optimize process efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth assembly operations by providing immediate technical support to the shop floor.
  • Learn new products thoroughly and conduct product training for assemblers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly, testing, and product build.

Provide engineering support for production machinery and tools.

Documentation, Procedures & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing work procedures, including training operators and supervisors.
  • Ensure all engineering support activities comply with company goals, policies, procedures, and operating practices.

Assist in the development and execution of manufacturing documentation and procedures.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
  • Work closely with Senior Manufacturing Engineers, Production Support Personnel, Operations Supervisors, Buyers, and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Liaise with external contractors and vendors when necessary.
  • Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by the Superior.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, OR Diploma with extensive manufacturing experience.

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on assembly and documentation.

Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Isolation Valves assembly and testing.

Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Ability to interpret manufacturing and engineering documents.

Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing setup.
