Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering. Advanced degrees preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform structured risk assessments for semiconductor components.
- Conduct regular APQPs to minimize quality risks.
- Utilize qualification standards for new components.
- Drive structured problem-solving for quality concerns.
- Conduct audits at semiconductor locations.
- Develop manufacturing/testing standards based on best practices.
- Monitor continuous improvement projects with suppliers.
- Develop courses for internal Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate with Core Development and Purchasing teams.
- Support change-management and qualification of supplier changes.
