Job description

Solutions Engineer (Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru)

Provide technical support and advice to the customers, marketing and sales teams, including product submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

Handle technical queries from client, architect and consultant (pre-and post-sales).

Conduct product installation training and on-site technical problem solving.

Process and manage client orders.

Research and assist in developing value-added design solutions that meet client requirements, using structural engineering calculations and design codes.

Promote company’s value propositions through competent technical services, technical seminars, creating project opportunities via specification.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align client requirements for product standardization and future product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of CAD and Revit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin/Hokkien to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Preferable 1-year of relevant working experience.
