We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

Responsible for the supervision, formulation, administration and coordination of engineering projects, policies, processes, methods and procedures designed to improve operating performance, reduce waste and delays and otherwise promote cost reductions on a company-wide basis.

Manages the effective implementation and distribution of new products for the organizations, as well as handles launch aspects and verifies that quality control complies with all project requirements.

• Confers with management, operations, and sales team to discuss project specifications and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Coordinates and directs projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Facilitates the product launching process and ensures effective communication with stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of new products.
• Keeps updated with the production of new products from project planning to mass production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborates with tooling and design personnel in development teams, evaluating and validating products after design changes to ensure manufacturability and functionality.
• Provides technical expertise or support related to tooling and process manufacturing, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to optimize production processes.
• Reviews product design for manufacturability and completeness, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with production requirements.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in NPI
• Interest in new product development engineering, particularly within a manufacturing environment, is a plus.
• Exposure to or concept of LSR molding and rubber molding will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding or concept of LSR molding and rubber molding processes and develop hands-on proficiency in molding techniques and materials.
• Eager to develop project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Motivated to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process, with a focus on learning how to optimize processes and enhance product performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and openness to working with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude, with a keen interest in learning how to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
