Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base or prospects.

Attend to sales enquiries by furnishing product information, such as usage, application, price movements, and other developments to customers and prospects; arrange site visits and sales demonstrations; and follow up with prospects until the closing of sales.

Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for collections and credit control, and for preparing sales forecasts and reports for meetings and management information.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as required.

Required to comply with any additional duties and assignments as and when necessary.

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of sales & marketing working experiences within the cable or related electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cable products, specifications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (added advantage).
• Candidate MUST have stayed/ currently staying in JOHOR BAHRU.
